Has anyone been injured?

If you've been involved in an accident or collision in which anyone is injured, please call us on 0800 300 252 (open 24/7 for emergency recovery). If you're a SM>RT WHEELS customer please call us on 0345 072 4422.

If there aren't any injuries or your claim is for theft, fire, vandalism, flood or storm, you can submit your claim below. 

If you've been hit by an identified uninsured driver, you won't lose your no claim discount or have to pay an excess.

Windscreen or glass claim?
For a damaged windscreen or window (broken or damaged glass in a sunroof or roof panel isn't included), call Autoglass on 0800 731 3172​ (open 24/7) or book a repair appointment.

If you use our repairer network, you'll benefit from a local garage, a courtesy car and online tracking of your car's repairs plus a lifetime guarantee on repairs.

After you've registered a claim, our team of experts will work hard to help you get you and your car back on the road. Our comprehensive cover include a courtesy car as standard, and a lifetime guarantee on all repairs if you use one of our recommended repairers (excludes total loss).
