Here at MORE TH>N we like to keep our valued customers informed of our benefits and offers; such as Personal Customer Managers, MORE 4ME, competitions and prize draws.  We also like to tell as many people who’ll listen about what you could expect were you to become a MORE TH>N customer.

However, we understand when you don’t want to hear from us so here are instructions on how to....

Unsubscribe from emails

Just click on the unsubscribe link within your email and you’ll be taken to a confirmation page. Once you’ve confirmed the email address to unsubscribe you won’t receive any more marketing emails.

Stop postal mailings

Please send a letter stating your name, address and, if relevant, your policy number to:

Please allow 45 days for changes to take effect.

Stop phone calls

Please ring back the free (0800) phone number which rang you.
You’ll then hear instructions, which you can follow on your telephone keypad, on how to remove your phone number from our database.
Once you’ve heard the confirmation message the change usually takes 48 hours to take effect.
You can dial from another number (for example a landline) to stop calls to a different number (for example a mobile phone).

Please bear in mind that we’ll still need to contact our customers via any of these methods with information about a policy they have with us.
